In a world filled with stress and pressure to perform, anxiety about cultural expectations, and depression from being isolated to a screen, the culture in America is killing our teenagers from the inside out. We aim to provide hope and inspiration by taking the Hope of Christ to Every Student. We want to provide teens a place to belong, opportunities to make a positive difference, and bring life-changing transformation to their life and those around them. Our core focus is to help 300,000 students in 4,650 different schools experience the hope of Christ by December 31, 2023. This podcast is part of our strategy to get the word out to the believers of Jesus in the United States to help encourage, equip, and empower Christian students to share their hope in Christ with their peers. Mark serves as the President of First Priority. He spends most of his day managing the organizational side of the ministry, including fundraising and board development. He was the initiator and director of First Priority Tri-States, the 2nd oldest FP chapter. Mark and his wife Michelle manage their own small business, therefore, Mark brings years of experience in business management to First Priority of America. Mark resides in eastern Kentucky with his wife, Michelle. Mark and Michelle have three children, Nathaniel & Mikaela (Robbins) Gray, Morgan, and Micah. They also have two grandchildren, Sadie B. and Beckham.

Nikki Hoffpauir, a native Floridian graduated with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a focus in public service from Florida State University in 2001 (Go Noles!). She then went on to serve a year with the AmeriCorps program, City Year, where she taught in Washington D.C.’s inner city before getting her Masters of Public Administration from George Washington University in 2004. She is passionate about issues affecting young people – specifically in regards to leadership, service, and health and safety topics.

Grace Poole, the Marketing and Communications intern, is a senior at Trevecca Nazarene University. She is studying Organizational Communication and Interpersonal Communication. Grace is originally from Evansville, IN but moved to Nashville in fall of 2019 for school.

David North has been involved in various ministries inside and outside of the church walls, serving as a youth leader, deacon, Sunday school teacher, worship leader, and orchestra member as well as helping to found a Classical Christian school in 2006 and leading a Bible study for young men in his home.
His desire is to see young people introduced to the saving grace of Jesus Christ and cultivate a deeper walk with their Savior.

Rachel Gardiner, Executive Director
Rachel has served as the Director of FP Johnston County since 2019. Prior to joining us, she taught high school English where she served Teacher Sponsor for the FP club on campus.She loves speaking and teaching, developing this generation’s leaders, visiting local churches, and sharing the Gospel with whoever she meets.

Shannon Zabroski was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. He spent his early 20's in law enforcement, and at the age of 24, he felt the lord calling him into full time ministry. Shannon received his bachelors in Bible and Youth ministry from Evangel University and his M.Div. from the A/G Technological Seminary. Over the last 25 years, he's worn several hats, ranging from youth pastor and outreach pastor, family pastor, church planter, and lead pastor of one of the largest churches in the Kansas city area. Shannons heart is to partner with the local church to empower pastors and leaders to be missional in all they do. Shannon lives in Lee's Summit MO with his three children Trinity (17), Corban (16) and Shiloh (12), and spends whatever free time he has cycling and searching for the perfect donut.

Tim Bargo is in his 15th year as executive director for First Priority Tri-County, KY. He spends most of his day working with schools, churches, finding priority partners, and promoting First Priority locally. He has been in youth ministry for 25 years and as a youth pastor/campus coach for 11 years. He also served 1 year as club director for FP Tri-States. Tim resides in Corbin Kentucky with his wife Tammy. They have three adult children Brittany, Justin, and Dylan. Tim and Tammy are actively involved at Immanuel Church in Corbin.
